CNG Equipment Manufacturing: Tube Trailers and Decompression Equipment

CNG Tube Trailer Manufacturing

CNG Storage Tube Trailer Manufacturing

We build tube trailers for the hauling of compressed natural gas (CNG) and compressed renewable natural gas (RNG).

Our trailers feature type 3 CNG cylinders. Type 3 cylinders are seamless bodied aluminum vessels wrapped in carbon fiber. The combination of aluminum and carbon fiber provides an optimal balance of structure, durability, integrity, and weight savings.

Our trailers can be manufactured in a variety of sizes - from 125 MCF 18' trailers  to 400 MCF 48' trailers.

Onboard heated regulators can be included to help offload gas.

We provide certification and re-certification services to ensure the trailer is approved for DOT usage.

Designed, Engineered, Manufactured CNG Equipment

Our CNG service teams use the equipment we manufacture everyday. As a result we design improvements, efficiencies and features into each new iteration. With over 10 years of CNG operating experience our equipment and designs have come a long way. Durability, accessibility and efficiency drive our design.  All equipment is designed, engineered, produced and assembled in our 47,000 sq ft facilities in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.

Pressure Reducing Equipment

We engineer, design and build CNG offloading equipment. This equipment is known in the industry as pressure reduction, decanting, de-pressurization, decompression and regulator equipment.

Our equipment can be designed to match the flow of gas required from 800 SCFM to 3072 SCFM and features electric glycol heating systems. Units can be paralleled and connected together to increase SCFM.

Options include skid mounted, fork pockets, enclosures, trailered for mobile use.
